Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design, preferably in both agency and in-house environments.
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic conceptual thinking and exceptional design craft.
- Ability to define creative direction and execute across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to advocate for creative decisions.
- Experience contributing to and extending brand design systems.
- Curiosity about AI-powered design tools and motivation to integrate them into workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end brand design across campaigns, product launches, social, and brand moments from concept through final production.
- Evolve and extend Phantom's visual identity by contributing to design system decisions, setting creative direction, and maintaining high quality.
- Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling creative assets.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure brand-quality creative is embedded in all shipments.
- Lead creative development on high-visibility projects and align stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Shape team processes by building scalable systems, reusable components, and exploring AI-driven creative tools.
- Design and produce polished presentation materials for high-stakes audiences like board updates and investor decks.
