Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Psychology, or related field (or relevant work experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with at least 1 year of supplier-side research preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite products.
  • Experience in survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, or Alchemer.
  • Experience with general AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work from a home or co-working space suitable for professional client video calls.
  • Familiarity with SPSS, R, Q, or Displayr is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the process of translating research design into execution through survey programming, field management, and quality control.
  • Act as a client-facing team member, attending calls, meetings, and presentations via Zoom.
  • Own all project phases for a portfolio of research projects.
  • Support Account Directors by drafting research proposals, cleaning and balancing data, and designing report deliverables.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and sample providers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to refine the company's proprietary research platform and user experience.
