Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI companies.
  • Proven experience through the $20M–$100M ARR scaling phase.
  • Deep, hands-on fluency in Salesforce and Gong.
  • Strong systems-design and analytical skills.
  • Experience building forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, and GTM automations.
  • Experience building with AI tools such as Claude, agents, and LLM-driven workflows.
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption among a tenured sales team.
  • Experience with CPQ/Salesforce architecture is a plus.
  • Experience with outbound data infrastructure, enrichment, and sequencing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build a forecast engine using Gong and Salesforce data with a MEDDICC-based structure.
  • Architect deal desk infrastructure including pricing guardrails, discount authority, and quote governance.
  • Develop territory and quota models including capacity planning, attainment tracking, and routing logic.
  • Build GTM signal intelligence layers, including product usage and intent data routing.
  • Architect and productionize GTM AI agents for research, sequencing, and pipeline briefings.
  • Create and maintain a self-serve executive dashboard for pipeline, conversion, ramp, and forecast metrics.
  • Own cross-functional GTM projects including pricing changes, product launches, and market entry.
