Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue accounting, or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- 3+ years of people management experience or team leadership experience.
- Strong Order to Cash & Revenue Accounting experience.
- Strong experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience with automation, AI, or process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of ASC 606/IFRS15 and related US GAAP authoritative literature.
Responsibilities
- Own global billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation aligned with contract terms, pricing structures, and booking policies.
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle post-Closed Won, including billing setup, validation, and delivery.
- Ensure alignment across Salesforce, contract terms, and NetSuite to minimize downstream errors and revenue impact.
- Lead collections processes, including AR aging, follow-ups, and dispute resolution.
- Perform and review contract analyses under ASC 606, including assessment of performance obligations, variable consideration, SSP allocation, and pricing changes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while establishing clear goals and performance expectations.
- Ensure billing, AR, and Revenue processes are SOX-compliant and audit-ready.
