Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing/Sales Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale accounts.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise across the HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs) at the Enterprise tier.
  • Current HubSpot certifications (e.g., Revenue Operations, CRM Implementation, Solutions Architecture).
  • Experience with call/dialer applications like Dialpad, CallRail, or Aircall.
  • Experience with ERP system integrations (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Understanding of system architecture principles for integrations across platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience mentoring team members and elevating technical capability across a team.
  • Analytical skills with experience turning complex data into actionable insight for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills and executive presence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows for predictive lead scoring, churn prediction, or forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, implementation planning, and technical delivery for HubSpot Enterprise engagements, including integrations with third-party systems like NetSuite, SAP, Dialpad, and CallRail.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point, own delivery end-to-end, and quality-check deliverables for client accounts.
  • Act as a senior strategic advisor to marketing, sales, and customer success leadership.
  • Design AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations within HubSpot, including the use of Breeze Intelligence.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks, SOPs, and playbooks to build organizational capacity.
  • Partner with business development to scope, solution, and estimate enterprise engagements.
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and peer mentorship to team members.
