Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise and/or public sector deals (€100k–€1M+).
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert multi-million euro pipelines.
- Experience leading the full enterprise sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract close.
- Strong ability to influence C-level, senior public sector stakeholders, and technical decision-makers.
- Fluency in English plus at least one additional European language.
- Experience operating across multiple European markets.
- Established network across commercial fleets, public sector authorities, or transport operators (nice to have).
- Understanding of fleet electrification, EV infrastructure, or energy systems (nice to have).
- Familiarity with European public sector procurement and tender processes (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline across priority European markets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Lead early-stage engagement and support the full deal lifecycle.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, energy providers, and local advisors.
- Engage with key stakeholders across government, transport operators, and the infrastructure ecosystem.
- Support complex enterprise and public sector opportunities, including proposals and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
