Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist, people leader, or operational partner within a multi-site organization.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational development practices.
- Fluent in both written and spoken French and English.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business results through talent, engagement, and workforce initiatives.
- Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficiency with HR systems, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50%, including domestic and occasional international travel.
- Access to a personal vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and district leadership teams to develop strategic people plans that support business objectives, operational excellence, and financial performance.
- Build strong internal talent pipelines by identifying, developing, and preparing future leadership candidates.
- Guide leaders in effective talent assessment, succession planning, performance management, and employee development practices.
- Analyze workforce data, talent reports, and business insights to identify opportunities and anticipate future talent needs.
- Design and support training initiatives that strengthen individual and team capabilities, including adaptation of French-language materials.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and partner with employee relations teams to resolve workplace concerns.
- Support recruitment strategies and participate in leadership interviews to build diverse and inclusive teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation across all supported locations.
