Requirements
- 7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
- At least 3 years in a senior generalist/people leadership capacity.
- Experience in technology or consulting industries preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic planning, including role design and reward frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities across various stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Further education certification in HR or Business Management is desirable.
- Experience with HRIS and Benefits systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and support company-wide culture initiatives including retreats, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate company All-Hands meetings and Lunch & Learns.
- Own and execute the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage the HRIS (HiBob), including data updates, reporting, and platform customizations.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and early career support initiatives.
- Manage Canadian and US benefits plans through brokers and providers.
- Partner with Team Leads on management coaching and performance reviews.
- Maintain and refresh job levelling and salary banding frameworks using market data.
