- Plan and support company-wide culture initiatives including retreats, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Facilitate company All-Hands meetings and Lunch & Learns.
- Own and execute the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Manage the HRIS (HiBob), including data updates, reporting, and platform customizations.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and early career support initiatives.
- Manage Canadian and US benefits plans through brokers and providers.
- Partner with Team Leads on management coaching and performance reviews.
- Maintain and refresh job levelling and salary banding frameworks using market data.
