Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR leadership, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable systems for attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Extensive experience managing talent acquisition and people operations for distributed and remote teams.
  • Strong proficiency in designing performance, development, and retention frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Experience using data-driven decision-making to measure success and improve processes.
  • Proven track record of success in fast-growing, dynamic business environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, and freelancer platforms, filtering for competency and scorecard alignment.
  • Execute end-to-end candidate assessment, including test projects, structured interviews, and candidate experience management.
  • Optimize sourcing channels and build 'always hiring' shortlists for high-leverage roles.
  • Manage employer brand and Glassdoor presence to maintain a 4.5+ average rating.
  • Deliver weekly hiring metrics, funnel reporting, and KPI tracking for all active roles.
  • Design and implement onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention frameworks.
  • Collaborate with leadership on organizational design and workforce capacity planning.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to improve workforce effectiveness and scaling.
