Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience with a significant track record in mortgage or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of mortgage origination processes and the mortgage technology ecosystem.
- Proven success selling SaaS, technology-enabled services, or operational platforms.
- Experience managing enterprise sales opportunities with six and seven-figure contract values.
- Strong ability to independently generate pipeline through strategic prospecting.
- Executive presence with experience engaging C-suite, operations, technology, and compliance leaders.
- Demonstrated skill in consultative discovery and developing business cases.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical and product teams.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles with mortgage lenders, banks, and credit unions.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and relationship development.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer lending operations and business challenges.
- Sell a portfolio of SaaS platforms, automation, and fulfillment services.
- Establish trusted partnerships with C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and opportunity management in CRM systems.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings.
