Requirements

- Experience with distributor appointment processes and sales planning.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute promotional activities effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory management and direct market engagement.
- Drive sales and distribution activities by strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.
- Analyze market performance and identify opportunities to improve competitive positioning through enhanced customer service and execution.
- Support and develop distributor sales teams to improve customer management and business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Evaluate distributor performance and recommend corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness and sales outcomes.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns within approved budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Develop territory sales plans and ensure effective implementation of distribution strategies.
- Monitor return on investment (ROI) for sales initiatives and promotional activities to maximize business impact.
