  • Strong commercial awareness and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory management and direct market engagement.
  • Drive sales and distribution activities by strengthening relationships with distributors and retail partners.

  • Support and develop distributor sales teams to improve customer management and business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate distributor performance and recommend corrective actions to improve operational effectiveness and sales outcomes.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns within approved budgets in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Develop territory sales plans and ensure effective implementation of distribution strategies.
  • Monitor return on investment (ROI) for sales initiatives and promotional activities to maximize business impact.
