Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Strong background providing comprehensive HR advice on employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigation fundamentals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and translate research into practical team resources.
  • Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes through automation.
  • Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international team environment.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide trusted guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and government bodies.
  • Draft and administer termination documentation while ensuring strict adherence to privacy regulations.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on disciplinary approaches.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within the Lifecycle team.
