Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with exposure across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Strong background providing comprehensive HR advice on employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and investigation fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and translate research into practical team resources.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for innovating and optimizing processes through automation.
- Ability to collaborate asynchronously in an international team environment.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide trusted guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Lead workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and government bodies.
- Draft and administer termination documentation while ensuring strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on disciplinary approaches.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within the Lifecycle team.
