Requirements

  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary employee exits.
  • Strong background in HR generalist competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws in various jurisdictions.
  • Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and AI tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
  • Attention to detail regarding record-keeping and data integrity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy procedures.
  • Lead client consultation meetings, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including legal, payroll, and government bodies.
  • Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documentation with strict attention to privacy.
  • Process offboarding in HRIS and perform preliminary assessments of workplace concerns.
  • Mentor junior team members and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
