Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency and capability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with data integrity and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
  • Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict adherence to privacy.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development for employee lifecycle processes.
