Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary terminations with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Aptitude for innovation, process optimization, and automation.
- Demonstrated AI fluency and capability.
- Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with data integrity and record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead and facilitate workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents with strict adherence to privacy.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and support progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development for employee lifecycle processes.
