Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote, international environment.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate on evolving systems.
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations and settlements.
  • Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
  • Process offboarding activities in the internal HRIS platform.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
  • Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
