Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process innovation and automation.
- Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote, international environment.
- Tech-savvy with ability to collaborate on evolving systems.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes.
- Facilitate meetings with clients and external employees regarding separations and settlements.
- Negotiate positive outcomes in complex terminations involving multiple stakeholders.
- Liaise with payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents.
- Process offboarding activities in the internal HRIS platform.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and identify applicable local regulations.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
