Requirements

  • Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
  • Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with strong knowledge of employment laws across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and leveraging AI tools.
  • Strong record-keeping and data integrity skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fast-paced, international team.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS and collaborative tools.
  • Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
  • Lead client meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and termination consultations.
  • Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents with strict confidentiality.
  • Process exits on internal HRIS platform in collaboration with payroll, legal, and benefits teams.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate appropriate employee relations responses.
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
