Requirements
- Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with strong knowledge of employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for process optimization, automation, and leveraging AI tools.
- Strong record-keeping and data integrity skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and asynchronously in a fast-paced, international team.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS and collaborative tools.
- Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
- Lead client meetings for workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and termination consultations.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents with strict confidentiality.
- Process exits on internal HRIS platform in collaboration with payroll, legal, and benefits teams.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and coordinate appropriate employee relations responses.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development initiatives.
