Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- 6–10 years of prior sales experience within the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
- Strong ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Experience supporting clinical training, surgical workflows, or operating room environments is preferred.
- Ability to educate and guide surgical teams on technology usage and clinical applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies that increase technology utilization and achieve territory growth objectives.
- Build expertise across multiple surgical specialties to effectively support healthcare professionals and surgical programs.
- Partner with hospital teams, surgeons, and clinical stakeholders to encourage adoption and optimize usage.
- Train operating room staff on pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative technology management.
- Develop customized adoption plans for surgical teams to ensure effective and independent system utilization.
- Support regional sales and marketing initiatives, including events, demonstrations, and awareness programs.
- Identify opportunities to expand the user base by developing relationships with key hospital stakeholders and clinical influencers.
- Guide surgical teams in selecting appropriate procedures and applications to maximize technology value.
- Drive sales of related instruments, accessories, and solutions.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, including sales activity reports, procedure tracking, and expense documentation.
- Provide ongoing clinical guidance and serve as a trusted resource for healthcare teams.
