Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation.
- Experience supporting or leading revenue-focused marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with Sales teams and supporting pipeline generation.
- Hands-on experience managing social media, particularly LinkedIn, email marketing, and content distribution.
- Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimizations.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools, Google Analytics, and marketing reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute lead generation campaigns to increase qualified pipeline and business growth.
- Support inbound and outbound marketing across digital, email, social, and web channels.
- Partner with Sales teams to align campaigns with target audiences and revenue priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and conversion metrics.
- Manage social media execution, including LinkedIn strategy and content scheduling.
- Develop content including thought leadership, product messaging, and customer stories.
- Execute SEO initiatives and support website optimization via analytics insights.
- Use HubSpot to launch campaigns, track performance, and maintain marketing data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and GTM initiatives.
