Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing communication, expectations, priorities, and overall account health.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding business objectives, industry dynamics, brand positioning, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and campaign execution across multiple marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate effectively between clients and internal teams, including operations, creative, and marketing specialists.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data, market trends, and campaign insights.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, budgets, and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Review deliverables and provide strategic feedback while ensuring alignment with client goals and brand standards.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts through innovative strategies, new channels, and improved processes.
- Mentor and support team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional development.
- Drive improvements in workflows, tools, and processes to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
