Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience managing a revenue quota with a track record of achieving sales or retention targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data to build compelling business cases.
- Ability to communicate effectively with CFOs, finance leaders, and other executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of finance workflows and the ability to engage credibly with FP&A teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly preferred.
- Background in finance, consulting, engineering, product, investment banking, private equity, or similar analytical fields is an advantage.
- Experience working directly within a finance team or with FP&A processes is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, adaptability, curiosity, and ability to grow quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities, develop growth strategies, and build scalable account expansion processes.
- Partner with customer success teams to align account strategies and combine commercial expertise with implementation insights.
- Engage directly with finance leaders and decision-makers to understand business needs and demonstrate value.
- Lead pricing discussions, renewal negotiations, and expansion conversations with confidence.
- Develop strong product knowledge to discuss implementation details and address customer questions effectively.
- Monitor account health indicators, including usage trends, product adoption, engagement levels, and business outcomes.
- Identify potential risks early and collaborate with internal teams to develop customer retention strategies.
- Build trusted relationships with customers by acting as a strategic advisor.
