Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of solution-based sales experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with ERP software, such as SAP.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to connect, influence, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with specific deadlines.
- Confidence in identifying root causes and developing solutions.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 15% of work hours.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for PRO Strategic accounts, ensuring brand alignment and business growth.
- Respond to in-season and pre-season opportunities while building deep relationships with strategic end-user organizations.
- Provide market-level insights and financial performance reports for designated territories.
- Develop long-range regional/account plans, including marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to build dealer packages and optimize contract management tools.
- Work with Business Development and Service & Operations teams to identify opportunities for account contracts.
- Share account feedback and market trends with stakeholders to influence product planning.
- Travel to tradeshows, conferences, and events as directed.
