Requirements
- B.Tech/BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Physics or other quantitative disciplines.
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, financial analysis, data science, or a similar quantitative role.
- 2+ years of experience using SQL and Python, including complex queries from multiple data sources.
- 2+ years of experience creating reports using Tableau, Looker, or a similar reporting system.
- Familiarity with experimentation, including A/B test design, metric selection, and statistical significance.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work quickly in a live-service environment with shifting priorities.
- Hands-on interest in using AI tools to improve analytics workflows with strong judgment regarding data quality and privacy.
- Resumé/CV must be written in English.
Responsibilities
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analytical workflows, including data exploration, SQL/Python development, documentation, QA, and insight generation.
- Partner with product, design, economy, live operations, marketing, and leadership teams to turn data into clear insights.
- Own recurring business-health reporting, including KPI reads, trend context, variance explanations, and executive-ready narratives.
- Analyze player behavior across onboarding, progression, events, offers, combat modes, and other core game systems.
- Design and validate analytics tracking for new features, live events, player offers, and experiments to ensure accurate performance measurement.
