Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI, or analytics engineering role.
- Strong SQL skills for querying, transformation, and data modeling.
- Working proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation.
- Experience building reporting and dashboards in a BI tool (Looker preferred).
- Experience with a cloud data platform (GCP preferred).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Self-starter with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern data tooling.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic reporting in Looker, owning LookML models and dashboards.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and answer complex business questions.
- Write clean, performant SQL and manage data models in dbt.
- Implement data quality checks and maintain clear documentation for reporting accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Develop data engineering skills including pipeline development and workflow orchestration using Airflow or Cloud Composer.
