Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial services, management consulting, or data science.
- Strong fluency in SQL.
- Experience using Python or PySpark for building reusable analysis workflows or automations.
- Track record of quickly learning new concepts and building strong mental models.
- Experience tackling complex analytical problems with ownership beyond immediate scope.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Active use of AI tools to drive productivity and improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own data products end-to-end by driving accuracy, client value, and efficiency.
- Work with massive amounts of proprietary data to answer client questions about market performance.
- Tackle complex data problems using strong analytical judgment and creative thinking.
- Use AI and tooling to automate workflows and drive leverage.
- Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and product teams to unblock work and optimize processes.
- Identify opportunities to refine methodologies and improve product delivery.
