Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in enterprise SaaS, insurtech, or technology sold into insurance carriers.
  • Life insurance industry experience is required; property and casualty (P&C) experience is also relevant.
  • Proven track record of building net-new relationships and closing new logo business.
  • Experience navigating complex B2B sales with multiple decision-makers across business and IT.
  • Ability to sell business outcomes and ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Disciplined operator capable of managing pipeline and forecasting accurately through long enterprise sales cycles.
  • Self-directed individual who takes initiative, handles ambiguity, and demonstrates a bias toward action.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for net-new and expansion opportunities with life insurance carriers.
  • Prospect and qualify pipeline with carrier business leaders across distribution, product, and technology functions.
  • Run discovery and position Bestow through value-based selling, business case development, ROI framing, and customer references.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations while coordinating Sales Engineering and internal resources on complex opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce and partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product.
  • Meet or exceed individual quota for new logo and expansion revenue.
