Requirements
- Strong systems and types-based approach to software architecture.
- Demonstrable experience building with AI agents and designing around their failure modes.
- Solid programming fundamentals in Java, JavaScript, or comparable languages.
- Expertise in building developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, hooks, and observability systems.
- Experience with AI evaluation, measurement, and system design for model-based tools.
- Self-directed learner with a history of building and shipping independent side projects or prototypes.
- Ability to communicate complex technical tradeoffs and experiences with AI implementation.
- Salesforce and Apex experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Deepen and widen autonomous coding pipelines that turn Jira tickets into reviewed pull requests.
- Own and evolve a root-cause analysis engine and evaluation systems to measure model and fix performance.
- Maintain and extend a 'Constitution' of enforced architectural principles using deterministic seams.
- Build TDD tooling, such as in-memory test runners, to support rapid testing loops for humans and agents.
- Design and manage safety hooks, quality scanners, and PR gates to prevent bad code edits.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to instrument systems and rapidly iterate on AI-native development workflows.
