Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry and emerging AI trends.
- Expertise in Anthropic Claude Ecosystem including Claude API, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Proficiency in Agentic AI Development: AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agent Orchestration, and Tool Calling.
- Experience with Prompt and Context Engineering, including structured outputs and AI validation.
- Required: Advanced Python programming skills.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Bash/Shell scripting.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: system design, architecture, and design patterns.
- Competence in data handling and production systems: SQL, data extraction, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- DevOps skills including Git, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Flexibility to work part-time as an external contractor.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to learners by addressing questions related to Nanodegree course content and projects via 1:1 video calls.
- Review student project submissions and specific areas of difficulty prior to 1:1 sessions.
- Prepare and lead technical deep-dive presentations on Nanodegree concepts or project walkthroughs.
- Demonstrate project expectations by reviewing or 'grading' sample submissions during deep-dive sessions.
- Host regular group Q&A sessions via Slack or video to answer learner queries.
