Eight years of relevant experience with systems engineering and software development.
Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code development platform models.
Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
Experience developing application/process automation software using tools like Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex.
Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development.
BS or BA degree, or four additional years of related experience.
Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
Current Secret security clearance.
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
Must obtain AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate within 3 months of start.

Perform in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution.
Execute design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
Assist in the planning and conversion for new hardware and software products.
Maintain, debug, and configure related software products.
Provide operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning, and hardware upgrades.
Develop or modify operating systems applications from specifications.
Interface with system support groups to resolve problems, set standards, and improve efficiency.
Interface with customers to gather system requirements and resolve issues.
