Requirements

  • Eight years of relevant experience with systems engineering and software development.
  • Experience with APIs to support Low-Code/No-Code development platform models.
  • Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling notation (BPMN) tools.
  • Experience developing application/process automation software using tools like Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server databases and Microsoft .NET development environment.
  • Experience in Agile and hybrid low-code application development.
  • BS or BA degree, or four additional years of related experience.
  • Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
  • Current Secret security clearance.
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAT Level I.
  • Must obtain AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate within 3 months of start.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth analysis and technical support of systems software products, including complex problem resolution.
  • Execute design, development, testing, operational integration, and user support.
  • Assist in the planning and conversion for new hardware and software products.
  • Maintain, debug, and configure related software products.
  • Provide operating systems planning and evaluation for performance analysis, capacity planning, and hardware upgrades.
  • Develop or modify operating systems applications from specifications.
  • Interface with system support groups to resolve problems, set standards, and improve efficiency.
  • Interface with customers to gather system requirements and resolve issues.
