Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering.
- 2+ years building and shipping LLM-powered or agentic systems in production.
- Experience designing and shipping end-to-end LLM agent systems.
- Deep understanding of orchestration, tool use, memory, and workflow management.
- Proficiency in prompt engineering to shape LLM behavior, personality, and output.
- Hands-on experience with evaluation, judging, or guardrail systems.
- Familiarity with observability/tracing tools such as Weave (Weights & Biases).
- Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with agent-orchestration frameworks (e.g., Mastra) and workflow tools (e.g., n8n).
- Familiarity with multiple LLM providers (e.g., Claude, GPT, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AI agent workflows and orchestration pipelines.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into working AI systems through live working sessions.
- Develop and iteratively improve prompts, multi-step systems, and creative generators.
- Create and manage evaluation/judging panels and guardrail checks.
- Manage observability via Weave or comparable tools to measure production performance.
- Define architecture strategy, including decisions on agent logic and system flexibility.
