Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in program, project, or portfolio management.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, change control, and escalation management.
- At least three years of experience developing portfolio reporting, executive communications, or leadership scorecards.
- Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet and analysis applications.
- Experience using Power BI or another business-intelligence and dashboarding platform.
- Experience using SharePoint, Teams, or comparable collaboration and document-management platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize ambiguous work, and drive follow-through without direct authority.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and executive-presentation skills.
- High attention to detail with ability to ensure reports and metrics are accurate.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage an end-to-end intake and triage process for program and portfolio requests.
- Facilitate recurring portfolio prioritization discussions with leaders and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain standardized project-management artifacts, including charters, work-back plans, RACIs, and RAID logs.
- Build and maintain integrated project and portfolio plans covering critical-path activities, dependencies, and risks.
- Provide day-to-day project management support to initiative owners, including meeting facilitation and action tracking.
- Establish and manage governance rhythms, such as portfolio reviews and project health checks.
- Produce weekly and monthly portfolio reporting that communicates progress, health, and risks.
- Develop leadership-ready scorecards, executive narratives, and decision briefs.
- Maintain portfolio-level RAID logs and coordinate cross-functional mitigations.
- Create and maintain a program-management playbook and coach initiative owners on governance standards.
