Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in enterprise software implementation, project management, business process consulting, or customer success management.
- Proven experience working with external clients, vendors, or partners while managing multiple projects.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across all organizational levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex situations for leadership.
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative signals across a large portfolio.
- Familiarity with iPaaS, integration, or automation platforms.
- Comfort using tools including Salesforce, Impartner, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
- Prior experience in SaaS, CRM, or ERP applications is preferred.
- Understanding of application integration technologies and projects is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships across partner organizations, from delivery teams to executive stakeholders.
- Own the health of your partner portfolio by conducting regular check-ins and identifying delivery risks.
- Hold partners accountable to high-quality implementation standards and customer outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools to analyze support ticket data, synthesize satisfaction signals, and scale partner communications.
- Prepare partner health reports, including project history and satisfaction data, for leadership review.
- Maintain the internal partner stack ranking to guide work routing.
- Advocate for partner needs internally and contribute to special initiatives to improve the partner program.
