Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, partner operations, compliance, or entity management.
- Strong working knowledge of business formation, annual reports, foreign qualifications, and certificates of good standing.
- Expertise in registered agent services, virtual address/mail workflows, USPS 1583, and CMRA-related processes.
- Experience leading operational transformation and modernizing workflows in a high-scale service delivery environment.
- Proven ability to use automation, AI, or workflow technology to improve operational consistency and reduce friction.
- Experience scaling fulfillment or service delivery operations across national or multi-jurisdictional workflows.
- Experience supporting B2B, professional, partner, or distribution platform channels.
- Strong ability to map and document complex workflows across multiple teams and systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear playbooks, SOPs, and executive updates.
- High ownership and comfort building processes from scratch.
- Ability to travel periodically to Bizee office locations and partner sites.
Responsibilities
- Act as the internal subject matter expert for business formation, entity management, registered agent, and compliance filing workflows.
- Translate requirements from distribution partners and professional operator customers into scalable operating rules and product requirements.
- Design and document end-to-end operational processes for Bizee Pro and partner portals, including handoffs, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Lead operational transformation by embedding automation and workflow technology to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
- Build a digitized, national fulfillment infrastructure for virtual address, virtual mail, and compliance services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness for new partner launches, identifying risks and dependencies beforehand.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, and internal operating playbooks.
- Identify recurring operational friction and partner with Product and Engineering to improve internal tools, reporting, and billing workflows.
