Requirements

  • 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function.
  • Demonstrated experience designing programs at scale.
  • Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack, including build/buy/migrate decisions.
  • Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code).
  • Strong point of view on partner economics and deal structuring.
  • Experience operating in exec-level settings such as QBRs and board meetings.
  • Experience managing small teams or dotted-line relationships.
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating frameworks and decision docs.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Clazar, and Linear is preferred.
  • Background in developer-tools or platform businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM objects, attribution tooling, and partner portals.
  • Design and maintain partner attribution models and leadership dashboards.
  • Manage partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
  • Build internal automations and lightweight internal apps using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Own the metrics and KPI framework for the partnerships team.
  • Provide data-driven strategic contributions to partner segmentation and incentive structures.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
