Requirements
- 7+ years in partner operations, revenue operations, or a related ops function.
- Demonstrated experience designing programs at scale.
- Proven ownership of a partner or revenue tech stack, including build/buy/migrate decisions.
- Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development (e.g., Claude Code).
- Strong point of view on partner economics and deal structuring.
- Experience operating in exec-level settings such as QBRs and board meetings.
- Experience managing small teams or dotted-line relationships.
- Excellent written communication skills for creating frameworks and decision docs.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Clazar, and Linear is preferred.
- Background in developer-tools or platform businesses is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM objects, attribution tooling, and partner portals.
- Design and maintain partner attribution models and leadership dashboards.
- Manage partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
- Build internal automations and lightweight internal apps using AI-assisted development tools.
- Own the metrics and KPI framework for the partnerships team.
- Provide data-driven strategic contributions to partner segmentation and incentive structures.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance.
