Requirements

  • Ability to report on digital channel performance.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and tasks within Asana.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational problems.
  • Builder's mindset focused on process improvement and workflow automation.
  • Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and AI technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment.
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports and system integrations.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution to improve process efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers and landing pages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with external vendors to achieve program objectives.
