Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital/marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.
- Ability to report on digital channel performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tasks within Asana.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to troubleshoot operational problems.
- Builder's mindset focused on process improvement and workflow automation.
- Eagerness to learn and adopt new tools and AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.
- Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow by managing list imports and system integrations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in campaign execution to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation efforts through targeted offers and landing pages.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate with external vendors to achieve program objectives.
