Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital or marketing operations experience, preferably with a focus on B2B.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.
  • Ability to report on digital channel performance.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in Asana.
  • Strong teamwork mentality and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems.
  • Eager to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing operations best practices.
  • Builder's mindset focused on improving processes and expanding automation.
  • Enthusiasm for emerging AI tools.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.
  • Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment.
  • Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow through list management and system integrations.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve process efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation through targeted offers and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to meet program objectives.
  • Provide data-driven performance insights to marketing leadership.
