Requirements
- 2-3 years of digital or marketing operations experience, preferably with a focus on B2B.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot.
- Ability to report on digital channel performance.
- Experience managing multiple projects in Asana.
- Strong teamwork mentality and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems.
- Eager to learn new tools, platforms, and marketing operations best practices.
- Builder's mindset focused on improving processes and expanding automation.
- Enthusiasm for emerging AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, and AI tools.
- Manage audience segmentation, workflow automation, and campaign asset deployment.
- Ensure data accuracy and seamless lead flow through list management and system integrations.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and support lead generation through targeted offers and landing pages.
- Coordinate with external vendors to meet program objectives.
- Provide data-driven performance insights to marketing leadership.
