- Good critical thinking, questioning, and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem-solving and task management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Health care data analysis experience including gathering and documenting requirements (Plus)
Responsibilities
- Monitor internal and external reports and take specific actions based on the information
- Respond to client correspondence and email requests for information
- Maintain provider information
- Re-price claims using client contracts and systems
- Create, document, and modify processes for new and existing clients
- Participate in special ad hoc projects and program initiatives
- Contribute to team effort by completing assigned projects on time
- Receive feedback and adjust work priority as necessary
