Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising.
  • Experience in DTC, ecommerce, or high-volume paid media environments.
  • Proven track record of crafting high-converting video ads, UGC, and advertorials.
  • Deep understanding of sales psychology, persuasive copywriting, and buyer persona frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret creative KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, Hook Rate, and Thumbstop Rate.
  • Experience designing and managing A/B testing frameworks for creative variables.
  • Strong briefing skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback to creative teams.
  • Experience with performance dashboards and creative reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, Revcontent) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with direct-response copywriting frameworks like AIDA and PAS.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies and angles for product funnels across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Native platforms.
  • Design and execute structured A/B testing plans for creative variables including hooks, angles, and formats.
  • Analyze performance data (ROAS, CTR, CPA, etc.) to diagnose creative fatigue and guide iteration.
  • Write actionable creative briefs for copywriters, video editors, and UGC creators.
  • Maintain an angle library of winning themes and messaging frameworks for the creative team.
  • Translate platform trends and consumer behavior shifts into new, scalable creative opportunities.
