Requirements

  • Proven experience creating performance-driven ecommerce advertising creatives, particularly for YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing principles, including customer avatars, positioning, hooks, offers, and creative angles.
  • Hands-on experience using AI creative tools such as Claude, Manus, Higgsfield, fal.ai, Atria, or similar AI platforms.
  • Experience producing AI-generated VSLs, AI avatars, UGC-style creatives, or comparable performance marketing assets.
  • Ability to independently own the entire creative process from market research to final production.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and using data to improve creative performance.
  • Self-driven, highly adaptable, and passionate about experimenting with new AI technologies.
  • DTC ecommerce brand experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience working within performance marketing or digital advertising agencies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Portfolio showcasing AI-generated performance marketing creatives that have been used in live campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Research markets, competitors, and customer personas to identify compelling advertising angles.
  • Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI-generated video advertisements.
  • Produce end-to-end AI-powered ad creatives, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), AI avatars, claymation, and UGC-style ads.
  • Utilize AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver high-quality performance-focused video ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and continuously optimize creatives based on testing results.
  • Build and manage a high-volume creative testing pipeline focused on conversion and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers, landing page specialists, and content teams to ensure creative consistency across campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI creative technologies, trends, and advertising formats.
