Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with significant ownership of paid social acquisition channels.
  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly advertising budgets and track record of successfully scaling hypergrowth products.
  • Deep expertise in managing Meta Ads, with a strong track record and the ability to resolve technical (tracking) issues.
  • Expertise in AppsFlyer (or an equivalent MMP) and strong knowledge of mobile app marketing.
  • Experience managing TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and making data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, or similar analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, conversion tracking, SKAdNetwork, privacy frameworks, and mobile measurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and other paid social platforms to diversify and scale customer acquisition.
  • Proactively and swiftly fix tracking issues in collaboration with the Engineering Department.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against key KPIs including First Time Deposits (FTDs), CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and conversion rate.
  • Develop and execute ongoing A/B tests across audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, campaign structures, and landing page experiences.
  • Partner closely with Creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and establish a structured creative testing roadmap.
  • Build ad-hoc dashboards and provide actionable reporting and insights using AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
  • Manage paid social budgets responsibly while maximizing growth, efficiency, and return on advertising spend.
