Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social.
  • Strong analytical thinking and pattern recognition skills.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience scaling e-commerce accounts to five- to six-figure monthly budgets.
  • Proven understanding of margins, contribution margins, ROAS, POAS, and CAC.
  • Proficiency with tracking tools such as Triple Whale, Tracify, or Admetrics.
  • Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative intuition to derive new ad concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and profitably scale Meta & TikTok campaigns.
  • Optimize 5- to 6-figure budgets based on ROAS, POAS, and CAC.
  • Develop and test creative concepts including UGC, Founder Ads, hooks, formats, and narratives.
  • Create direct-response copies and advertorials in collaboration with copywriters.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide strategic consulting to clients.
  • Lead weekly reporting and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Help build the Paid Social department and take on professional responsibility.
