- Own and continuously improve cross-functional GTM processes across lead generation, sales, onboarding, activation, retention, renewal, and expansion.
- Design, implement, document, and govern scalable process standards that improve efficiency and commercial performance.
- Define and standardize lifecycle stages, handoffs, and SLAs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement.
- Build and maintain AI-powered automations and workflows that eliminate manual work and increase operational leverage.
- Lead operational rollouts across Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Poland while adapting processes to local market requirements.
- Run regular process audits, KPI reviews, and operational health checks to ensure process integrity and adoption.
- Partner closely with Operations Managers to review process design, resolve cross-functional challenges, and establish consistent operating standards.
