- 8+ years of experience with mastery of the full 0-1 product development process.
- Extensive experience in FinTech domains such as spend management, card issuing, bill payment, and insights.
- Strong UX foundation and experience building net-new products.
- Strong craft in visual, interaction, and UX design with a focus on simplicity, utility, and delight.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders in partnership with PMs, engineers, data, and executives.
- Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma, design systems, and emerging AI tech.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills.
- Strategic influence and experience in shaping design strategy.
- Portfolio submission required.
