Requirements
- Advanced or undergraduate degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, economics, law, or a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in consulting firms, payers/PBMs, manufacturers, HHS, CMS, or the healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of experience in access, formulary, and coverage strategy.
- 3+ years of experience in reimbursement-specific policy.
- 2 years of project team leadership experience.
- 5 years of management/supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in government pricing, government price reporting, and drug pricing strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and professional communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytic capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and secure business within the life science space focusing on strategic pricing, contracting, and government pricing/reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to meet a $500K annual sales target.
- Conceptualize project scope, assemble cross-functional teams, and oversee delivery from initiation to completion.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on government pricing and reporting, including ASP, AMP, Best Price calculations, 340B, and WAC/URA pricing benchmarks.
- Provide strategic recommendations for launch pricing, value-based pricing, and GTN forecasting.
- Resolve complex client issues with minimal oversight.
- Generate public recognition through thought leadership and speaking engagements.
- Mentor, supervise, and train staff members across the firm.
