Requirements
- Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent Sales/Referral Management experience.
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, home health care preferred.
- Experience with health system, referral management, or home health platforms is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong PC and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement.
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.
- Residence within Pennsylvania preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team to build relationships with referral sources, physicians, and health care professionals.
- Review and compile documentation required to transition care from acute or sub-acute settings.
- Coordinate with the service office to initiate and set up physician-ordered services.
- Collaborate with Transitional Care and Marketing Managers on key and shared accounts.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings as directed by the Director of Area Sales.
