Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or an HRBP-related role.
- Proven experience partnering with managers and supporting employee relations.
- Demonstrated experience managing performance management and employee experience initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the HRBP Lead to support leaders and managers across assigned business groups.
- Prepare leaders for performance management, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and employee conversations.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement survey administration, analysis, and follow-up strategies.
- Support performance review cycles, succession planning, and career development processes.
- Partner on manager training and build frameworks to navigate people-related challenges.
- Assist with employee relations investigations and coaching plans.
- Analyze people metrics to identify trends in engagement, retention, and performance.
