Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, Employee Experience, or an HRBP-related role.
  • Proven experience partnering with managers and supporting employee relations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance management and employee experience initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a high-growth technology company preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HRBP Lead to support leaders and managers across assigned business groups.
  • Prepare leaders for performance management, talent reviews, calibration sessions, and employee conversations.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement survey administration, analysis, and follow-up strategies.
  • Support performance review cycles, succession planning, and career development processes.
  • Partner on manager training and build frameworks to navigate people-related challenges.
  • Assist with employee relations investigations and coaching plans.
  • Analyze people metrics to identify trends in engagement, retention, and performance.
