Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise-level, quota-carrying field sales experience with a consistent record of 85%+ quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated success selling DFR solutions, RTCC technology, or comparable complex public safety systems.
  • Strong relationships with senior leadership and command staff in law enforcement/public safety.
  • Excellent client service skills including professional communication and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel domestically 50%+ of the time to meet with agencies.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Highly organized, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles.
  • Sales leadership or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Channel partner management and CRM reporting experience are preferred.
  • Military or law enforcement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue directly as a quota-carrying seller (70% individual contributor).
  • Own approximately 50 named accounts and manage individual forecasting.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with public safety agencies and executive stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and provide execution coaching to Territory Account Executives (30% leadership).
  • Partner with Sales Engineering and Product Specialists for technical discovery and demos.
  • Maintain pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success to support deployments and renewals.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations on territory alignment and reporting.
