- Drive revenue directly as a quota-carrying seller (70% individual contributor).
- Own approximately 50 named accounts and manage individual forecasting.
- Lead complex sales cycles with public safety agencies and executive stakeholders.
- Support onboarding and provide execution coaching to Territory Account Executives (30% leadership).
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Product Specialists for technical discovery and demos.
- Maintain pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
- Coordinate with Customer Success to support deployments and renewals.
