Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or project coordination within a telecom, fiber ISP, or carrier environment.
  • Strong understanding of fiber service delivery workflows, including construction and provisioning.
  • Experience collaborating with customers, partners, and internal teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce or similar).
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with ICB/channel partner models, fiber-based services (DIA, Ethernet), and permitting preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-service delivery lifecycle for fiber products, from order acceptance through service activation.
  • Validate orders for technical accuracy, serviceability, and construction requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Construction, and NOC teams to schedule surveys, installs, and turn-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Serve as primary contact for ICB partners and business customers, providing status updates and resolving escalations.
  • Identify and resolve risks related to construction, permitting, and third-party dependencies.
  • Ensure vendor work aligns with quality and safety standards.
