Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience using AI agents such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Understanding of US GAAP, including ASC 606 (Revenue), ASC 842 (Leases), and ASC 350 (Intangibles).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task on projects with varying deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform the month-end and year-end accounting close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Prepare financial statements for senior management, partners, and third parties.
- Identify, design, and implement AI-driven improvements to automate key accounting processes.
- Review international financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and consolidations.
- Ensure financial records comply with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606, ASC 842, and ASC 350.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure accuracy of financial results.
- Maintain internal controls throughout the financial close and reporting process.
